Ris Low, a Queen without a Crown
The worst or perhaps most ideal scenario has finally taken place. Miss World Singapore winner Ris Low has officially stepped down from the crown and backed out of the finals in Johannesburg, South Africa in December.
The 19-year-old beauty queen said, “I feel that it would be better for everyone, including Singaporeans who are not very supportive of me going to this pageant.” She added, “This is actually the best for everybody, including the company, the public and for myself.
