What can I say. Hooking up an ‘Unlocked Cell Phones‘ for service is a relatively easy process, even if you don’t have a contract yet.

The first task at hand is to sign up for the service any of the available outlets island wide. (Well, those in Singapore are island wide… Can’t say the same for the rest though.) Of course, they will ask you if you need a phone, but if you already have one by all means don’t buy another. Tell the sales representative that you already own a handset.
